Kris’s work is what makes that possible: property photography and marketing material accurate enough that a business can shortlist sites with confidence, rather than travelling to rule them out.

Kris holds a degree in English Literature and Phonetics from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Ahmedabad, an unusual grounding for a creative lead in industrial property, and directly useful in it.

Industrial property marketing has a tendency towards inflation: prime, premium, state-of-the-art, unmatched. None of it tells a manufacturer what they need to know. The firm’s listings are written to the opposite standard: a shed is described by its specification, not by its adjectives, and that discipline is his.

Kris has worked in photography and digital marketing for six years, all of them with Divya Estate Management. He is also a published poet, and reads widely across science, history and theology, a habit that shows up in how he approaches a brief.
