The firm operates from three offices and supports clients across Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Dahej, Vapi, and Gandhidham.

About S.H.Rana
His own education was cut short by financial constraints, an experience that shaped both the way he built the business and what he has chosen to do with its success.
His early career was built in national distribution. As regional director at WWI (Wholesale Warehousing Industries), he managed operations across Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Nagpur, followed by a directorship at Maxworth.He later traded in equities and agricultural commodities before turning to industrial real estate full-time.
That grounding in warehousing and multi-city operations shaped how Divya Estate Management approaches industrial property today.
